We evaluate a project’s impact on its neighbourhood including transport, social and economic infrastructure at the start of each project. Any environmental risks associated with the site as well as opportunities offered by the location and terrain will be assessed at this point. We always aim to reuse or recycle existing site materials and building components. Opportunities offered by the terrain, ground conditions, climate and microclimate, are also highlighted.
