We integrate sustainable design principles throughout our design process, provide our clients with updates at key work stages and offer Post Occupancy Evaluations on all Aedas projects as a matter of course. By engaging our clients, colleagues and consultants with key issues affecting the operational building performance from the start of a project we can implement integrated design solutions that support long building life at low maintenance.

Building on our experience gained from POEs, our preferred workflow is to examine our clients’ current and intended operating structures and related environmental impact as a basis for bespoke sustainable design solutions that foster occupant well-being and productivity. We would offer to carry out a DEC assessment of any refurbishment project prior to an intervention. This approach helps us develop design solutions that target operational expectations.
