The Localism Bill

In December, the government published its much-anticipated Localism Bill. Judit Kimpian, Head of Sustainability and Advance Modelling and Dan Rigamonti, Sustainable Design specialist of international design practice and UK-GBC member, Aedas, describe what this legislation will mean for the sustainable built environment, and whether it will translate to tangible social, economic and environmental benefits. Their responses were captured in the UK-GBC section of the Eco Building Magazine titled, ‘The localism bill and the triple bottom line’.
